These terms apply to your use of the Craft Inspire website and to enquiries made through it. Craft Inspire is operated by FA & Co. Interior Design ("Craft Inspire", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We offer complete interior design and execution, plumbing, carpentry, AC, fabrication and painting work. Descriptions and images on this website are for general information. Images are illustrative and may not show our actual completed projects.
2. Enquiries, quotes and estimates
- Submitting a form, calling or messaging us is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract.
- Estimates given before a site visit are indicative. A final written quote is prepared after we assess the site and your requirements.
- A service agreement is formed only when you accept our written quote or work order and any agreed advance is paid.
3. Pricing and payments
- Prices, payment schedules and taxes (including GST where applicable) are set out in the quote or work order.
- Changes to the scope of work after approval may change the price and timeline, and will be agreed with you first.
- Materials ordered or made specially for your project may be non-refundable once ordered.
4. Timelines
We aim to complete work within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by site access, approvals, changes requested by you, material availability, weather or other events outside our control may extend it.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and safe, timely access to the site.
- Obtain any permissions needed from your housing society, landlord or authorities, unless we have agreed to do so in writing.
- Make payments as agreed in the quote.
6. Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty, its duration and its exclusions (for example misuse, normal wear, third-party alterations or damage from external causes) are stated in your quote or work order. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials apply as set by the manufacturer.
7. Cancellation
If you cancel after approving a quote, you may be charged for work done, materials purchased or ordered, and costs already incurred. The terms in your quote or work order apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid to us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Website use and intellectual property
The content, logo, design and images on this website belong to Craft Inspire or its licensors, except images from third parties, which belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Please do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.
10. Third-party services and links
This website uses third-party services such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp and our form provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
